A modern and beautifully appointed annexe to the man residence. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Kelly, the host, couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. Free wi-fi a modern TV with the option to log into your Netflix (etc) account if you want to. We had a great continental style breakfast each morning. The location is less than a 10 minute drive to North Walsham and is ideally situated for anyone wanting to take trips to the north Norfolk coast. A fantastic place for a long weekend / short break. Highly recommend.

Everything about this beautiful location is perfect including and especially the host, Yvonne, who is very welcoming. I was celebrating a birthday for which she gave me cake and wine! This is in addition to a fully stocked fridge and kitchen with more than enough to eat and drink.So comfortable, quiet and well appointed.

Tanya was amazing! She did everything to help us with the baby. She brought toys, bouncy chair, she even held him while we had breakfast. She also had gluten free options for us. Location is very good as we were near to different places. We didn't have the 2 rooms near to each other but it was arranged in a very good way as well.

Plenty of food outlets, pubs, shops , a cathedral and...

Plenty of food outlets, pubs, shops , a cathedral and facilities. Transport links good. Can easily get to the coast. North Norfolk and Yarmouth. Norwich isn't far and has lots of shops, a cathedral, riverside walks and histotical sights.. We were there for a wedding and was handy location to get to the church and reception. Taxi's were readily available. We had a list of numbers at our accomodatiom. Quite nice area around the church ho sut down.

Great location....near to coast and plenty of places to see.

Great location....near to coast and plenty of places to see. JR dining too noisy for us but ok if you want to bowl!....Great fish and chips....lots of independent shops in the town. Car parking cheap in town Motor cycle museum worth a visit.

Everything we needed was just a short journey from our lodge. Good food for eating out, plenty of shops and supermarkets if you want to eat in. No more than twenty or thirty minutes from beautiful coastline and beaches. We would certainly recommend North Walsham as a place to stay, although one negative for the whole area really is a distinct lack of EV charging facilities or working ones where they happened to be some. Three out of four not working for weeks, very poor

A pleasant market town with lots of history, close to...

A pleasant market town with lots of history, close to coastal resorts, the Norfolk Broads and in reach of Norfolk's quaint villages, scenic countryside and historic halls. North Walsham has all required facilities for shopping, eating out etc.

Shower was impossible for me to use and the water did not come out hardly at all. The wash basin was the same. Coffee was weak and cold. Breakfast was an obstacle course for me as I walk badly. You had to go from one room to another to get different parts of your breakfast. Very dangerous stairs for older people. No information to me, even though I asked 3 times about pets. Then in a telephone call the last late afternoon I was told I had to pay £16 a night for the cat. I was also threatened in a very nasty tone, that I would be fined £100, if I smoke in the hotel, and I'm a non smoker. My partner smokes, but he went outside about quarter of a mile away on the main road, where this man had seen him many times. Thoroughly distasteful, and wrong. The whole place was abandoned after 3pm. They tried to make themselves look good, but they were doing things on the cheap, as they needed more staff.

Just a normal little town, with lots of friendly people and great charity shops for the community. A good choice of food shops The Shamble restuarant was lovely and the Indian Al-Haqqs, amazing food and a very helpful driver.

I liked the overall cleanliness, comfort and style of the hotel. A better than average size TV in the room. A very comfortable bed, extra chairs, tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. Tasteful decor throughout. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Countryside views out of each window and in no way overlooked. Ample free parking. Looking forward to a return visit.

Not far from station, reasonably priced and close to nice cafe/bistro (Shambles) and pubs (Hop Inn and Peasants Tavern). Fine if you need to somewhere inexpensive to stay in North Walsham.
