BEAUTIFUL CHOCOLATE BOX THATCHED COTTAGE WITH LOVELY GARDEN. DIRECT FOREST LOCATION IN EAST BOLDRE VILLAGE WITH GREAT VILLAGE PUB & GENERAL STORE, FARM SHOP ALSO CLOSE BY. PERFECT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING NEW FOREST WITH OFF ROAD CYCLE TRAILS. EXPLORE LYMINGTON, LYNDHURST, BEAULIEU, BROCKENHURST-ALL CLOSE BY. CLOSE TO TANNERS LANE BEACH. OFF ROAD CYCLE ROUTES JUST FIVE MINUTES AWAY FROM THATCH COTTAGE. *Please note* This is a 3 bedroomed property but one of the single bedrooms is on the landing area next to the double bedroom. The bedrooms are accessed by 2 separate staircases so this property may not be suitable for families with young children. This is a strictly non-smoking property and garden, also no BBQs or candles, due to the thatched roof and increased fire risk! This 18th century property has low ceiling heights due to the wooden beams and the stairs are steeper than normal and do not have handrails! 2 parking spaces are available- one infront of the wooden gates and one behind the gates. Please keep the gates closed at all times so the ponies don’t come in the garden!
