The Apartment is a compact, converted property, finished to a very high standard, fully equipped with all modern appliances. Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nairn, it is just a short 15-minute walk from the beach and near to the local golf courses, making it an ideal centre for anyone wishing to explore the Highlands. Lots of nearby forest walks, miles of beaches, plenty of local eating establishments, Championship golf courses and being just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket, offer pretty much everything you might need for a quiet break away. Ample private parking is available on-site. The bedroom has a king-size bed and quality bed linen, with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player. A large screen TV is wall-mounted in the open plan living area. An American-style fridge-freezer dispenses ice and cold water and cooking is by induction hob, oven or microwave, with oven dishes/trays, pans and utensils provided. For those preferring to keep their wine cool, a wine chiller is incorporated into the fitted kitchen area, along with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is fitted with a rainfall shower and PIR comfort lighting. A new Wifi-7 class mesh wi-fi system was fitted to the entire property in April 2026. The Apartment was originally planned for our own family use and was built, fitted out and finished to a very high standard. Upon completion, and changed circumstances, we decided however, to offer it for short-term rental, following which it has received and consistently enjoys excellent review scores, with a very high commitment to cleanliness and comfort. Some modern technology is evident within but absolutely no technical understanding is necessary or required to enjoy the typical basic functions. A decked area is provided below the rose garden, with bistró and patio furniture options for a comfortable morning coffee or if enjoying good weather, dining under a parasol at the rear, in the late afternoon or early evening.

I am a key worker and very much a “people person”. My husband is semi-retired, working from home. We live on-site but in accordance with guest feedback, we very much respect your privacy, engaging only when you require or simply saying "hello", in passing. We enjoy spending downtime in our own private garden or visiting our young grandchildren, nearby. If you have any difficulties during your stay, my husband is usually able to respond fairly promptly if you make contact by phone or app. And we do want to ensure your time spent here is enjoyable so please DO make contact if you have any problems, whatsoever.

Its a quiet residential neighbourhood. A short-cut walking route to the local Sainsbury's supermarket is provided in the welcome pack. An ample selection of leaflets on walks, venues and activities is provided for guests to peruse and includes some places of historical interest.
