Self contained annex with open plan living, dining and kitchen area with stairs leading to bedroom with three single beds. Two of the single beds can be put together to make a double. WC and washbasin off upstairs bedroom. Separate double bedroom with shower wet room off. Washing machine and dishwasher. Shared use of large garden including seating. Private driveway behind electric gate. Within walking distance of Lannacombe and Hallsands beaches and the South West Coast Path.
I live in the South Hams of Devon with my partner and three children. I'd like to welcome you to share in the peace and quiet of our home - in a separate annex which provides home from home comforts. We live at the same property in a separate house. We’re available to help in person if needed.
