This charming one bedroom flat offers a cozy space to stay close to the centre of Exeter. Ideally located near St James football ground as well as a short walk into the city centre. The apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard throughout and comes fully equipped with everything you need. There is a small courtyard at the rear of the property.
It is a self check in process but if you need assistance we are contactable by phone in the first instance
The Basement is located just a short walk to the City Centre shopping and dining quarters. The apartment is also a 10 minute walk from the Exeter Central Train station. The apartment is located opposite Exeter City Football Ground so this is a perfect spot if you are looking for nearby accommodation. Free parking at the front of the apartment on the driveway marked 6a. Please note there are stairs leading down to the apartment from the parking space.
