We are Lauren and Jason and this is our first year running the Bay Hideaway. We live locally and have loved visiting the Bucks Mills area over many years with our growing family. The walk down to Bucks Mills beach is one of my top favourite things to do, as well as visiting the Milky Way adventure park which is a 5 minute drive from the site. We look forward to welcoming many new guests this year and we hope you enjoy your stay on the beautiful North Devon coast line.

The Bideford Bay site has much to offer in season (March-November) from swimming, outdoor play areas, arcades, toddler soft play, evening entertainment and fantastic food and drink options. Whilst the local area has some fantastic walking routes along the south west costal path. With the wonderful local garden centre Merry Harriers just across the road. The Milky Way adventure park is just a 5 minute drive from the site, boosting a fantastic large soft play area and rollercoasters. The town of Bideford is a 15 minute drive, this is where you can stock up on you supermarket essentials (Asda/Morrisons/Lidl/Aldi/Tesco's) and takeaway cravings. The Affinity Devon shopping outlet is also a worthy visit with a good range of shops, cafes and soft play for the younger ones.
