Company info

We (Wendy and Steve) moved to Torquay and took ownership of The Berburry in March 2022. We are sociable people and take great pleasure is seeing our guests enjoying relaxing in the property and exploring everything that Torquay has to offer. We're always on hand to suggest places to visit and things to see. We are both keen walkers and what better place to be that in close proximity to the South West Coastal path!

Victorian villa with lots of character and relaxing elevated garden areas. Light and airy rooms with open views across the park from the windows. Licensed bar with lounge area. Short, flat, walk into Torquay. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes walk to the harbour area. Torre Abbey and Spanish barn just a few minutes walk. Walking distance from Torquay railway station. Parking on site.

Close proximity (a 15 minute flat walk) to the centre of Torquay and the harbour area where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Torre Abbey and the Spanish Barn are just a couple of minutes walk away. 5 minutes walk to Torre Abbey Sands beach.
