im a single grand ma that's built up my business from living in one old house after another while I raised my son alone and made my home my business and kept doing up houses and renting out the best I have and living in my latest building project , im not rich but I work hard and these days suffer from ill health .. but still going renovating property number 6 to ad to the portfolio …im always happy to help with any advice on the local area and the best dog walks or little known gems of places to visit , born and bread here in devon iv travelled lots but thers no were like home and north devon

i have 2 water side apartments in appledore that i holiday let and a 2 bed cottage a mile up the rd in northam with views over westward ho! beach ,the boat yard is exacly what it says its in the middle of a working boat yard with views across the river eastuary towards instow yacht club , it has 2 balconies looking over the river and the ground floor flat has a garden both facing south to enjoy all day sun .theres a level walk to appledore quay less than a kilometer away , were you can find shops pubs and restaurants not too mension the ferry that runs at high tide to instow

the boat yard is exactly what it says we are right on the river on the edge of a working boat yard on the fringes of the village of appledore watch the fisher men unload there catch from one of the 2 balconies , or put your feet up in the lounge and watch the tide role in and back out over 12 hours the river is home to so many wild birds bring your binoculars or use the pair at the apartment theres a pair of cormorants that spread there wings and dry them in the sun on the sand bank out side your window always some thing interesting too see
