Great property, so well thought out and meticulously clean. Extremely well equipped and if like us you can't find the pillows, they're under the sofa!! Perfect location, would definitely return.

Sara was a great host and very informative and a lovely, warm person. The boat house is beautifully decorated and well planned out. It's so close to the centre and it was such a pleasure to stay there for 3 nights.

The location was brilliant, right in the centre of Salcombe but tucked away for privacy too. The inside of the property was even better than in the photographs online (which is a rarity these days) - full of little details and character, a...

This is an old fishermans crab and lobster pot store and also the fisherman used to come and get their hair cut by the fisherman in what is now the bedroom, he was obviously very good with his hands, altho talking to 80 year old fisherman just the other day he said he used hand clippers, not electric and it was not the most pleasant of experiences We also have a boat you can rent or we can take you down the estuary subject to tide to South Pool and the famous Millbrook Inn, please message for availability and a price :)
Love meeting people from all over the world and sharing all the amazing things that made me fall in love with Salcombe and seeing them leavew very happy and return over and over again
Located close to St Marys Church, so you have the sound the bells pealing and a charming historic seaside town street, the house was built in 1863 with view as you leave the property from the front door of the estuary and at the back from the terrace of the estuary and Snapes Point (a great walk just 30mins away) the house is centrally located but away from all the noise during the height of the season so you can relax if you choose or within a few minutes walk you can be right in the hustle and bustle and fun
