From here, panoramic estuary views are enjoyed. The balcony being south-west facing, it enjoys the sun for all of the day and is a fabulous spot for al-fresco dining. The position is great, being next door to the very popular Crabshell Inn which is great for coffee in the morning, lunch & dinner and they will deliver food to the Boathouse. Being next door there will be noise from time to time, but they will always be as considerate as possible and we have a great relationship with them. There is also a paddle board school on the quay, this is very popular and we recommend it to all guests. The property also has a mooring that is available as an option on request.

Close by there are moorings, quays and slipways at the head of the Kingsbridge/Salcombe Estuary. The area has an abundance of sandy beaches and cliff top walks with the popular sailing towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth within easy reach.
