The Burton Building a beautiful art deco example built in 1938. We recently developed the property into the 5 apartments you see today. Each apartment features air conditioning, a full kitchen and bathroom, comfortable sofas and beds, fresh linen and towels and a huge flat screen TV. Located just off the a19, it’s in the perfect location for working contractors and tourists alike, with easy connection to Newcastle, North Shields via the Tyne Tunnel just 2 mins away, and to the south Sunderland and more. The local town of Jarrow has every amenity you could possibly need. Our apartments are all very easy access using coded doors.

We are relatively new to the hotel/serviced accomodtion industry and as a small family business, we work really hard to ensure all of our guests have exactly what they need for their stay.

Jarrow is an old ship building town in South Tyneside. Often considered the ‘heart of the North East’ by locals, it’s located centrally in the region and is located on the mouth of the Tyne Tunnel on the A19. It features an abundance of amenities, such as Morrisons super market, restaurants, takeaways and pubs.
