The Buteland Stop. Luxury off grid shepherds huts with wood burning stove, shower and toilet, sleeps 2 adults. Set on 1 acre of landscaped private land with 360 degree views of Northumberland.

Brian and Lesley are semi retired and have 2 horses,2 donkeys and a dog that all love meeting our guests.We live 200 meters away from our Shepherds hut called Rosie ,We are here to help make your stay enjoyable.

The Buteland Stop shepherds hut is set on a hillside rural peaceful location with outstanding views. We are only 3 miles from Bellingham village that has a good selection of shops,pubs and cafes. A short distance from Kielder reservoir and forest, our location is voted one of the best dark sky areas in Britain.
