The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around, enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 8.3 miles and a pub in 3.6 miles. The Byre is a delightful base for a Northumberland escape. Note: The property rests on a working equestrian centre and farm. Owner needs to know if you're bringing a dog as this is a farm. Whalton is situated in Northumberland, halfway between Belsay and Morpeth. Whalton is the perfect starting point for a trip of the North East, situated between the shore and the countryside, and the Northumberland National Park is only a short drive away. A post office and The Beresford Arms tavern and restaurant are located in the village proper, however more services can be found in the thriving town of Morpeth. Visit the Belsay Hall, Castle, and Gardens for attractions, or find Kirkley and the Kirkley Hall Zoological Gardens.
