We fell in love with The Old Manor House and bought it in 1996. Have grown up in the stunning Peak District, Wendy was delighted to return to the beautiful part of the country. We have developed the property over the years to provide great holiday accommodation for visitors who want to enjoy the fantastic scenery and attractions of the area. The Old Manor house is a smallholding with sheep and horses grazing in the surrounding fields. Kerry and Wendy also own some lovely cats and dogs who enjoy befriending guests during their stay. When we are not enjoying life at home we love to travel and explore new parts of the world

Rural Retreat for 2 People A quirky, close to nature way to explore the countryside, The Carriage has been crafted into a beautiful timber clad cabin, with a quality yet cosy feel. The Carriage is a 1963 Railway Carriage which has be lovingly restored to a high standard. It comprises a living area, including kitchen, seating area and bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower. The bed is elevated and is accessed by a fixed ladder. The Carriage also has underfloor heating so you will be lovely and warm during your stay. The kitchen has a combination microwave/oven, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster and induction hotplate. TV is streaming only. Outside there is a lovely private patio with fire pit with amazing views across the valley. Portable barbecue allowed. WiFi is available throughout the property. The property is suitable for 2 people. Spa treatments also available
