Self contained and dog friendly studio with own your entrance & private garden in a converted Cartshed. There is a kitchenette, bathroom with rainfall shower. King size bed from which you can star gaze. Lounge area with comfy chairs to view the flat screen TV. The garden has a seating area & large Gas BBQ for alfresco dining and fire pit.
We are close to 4 well known Wedding Venues; Hautbois Hall, Oxnead Hall, The Norfolk Mead Hotel and The Woodyard.
Overlooking stunning farmland with walks, directly from your stable door. Riverside pubs, shops and takeaways & village amenities within a mile. Set in The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers, paddle boarders, kayakers and anyone just wanting peace and quiet.
We live on site in a separate Barn but want you to enjoy and make the most of your stay. You won't hear from us unless you want to, we are happy to help, assist or advise where necessary though.
We accept up to two dogs and have friendly dogs who are happy to say hello or not, whichever you prefer.
Telephone numbers will be left in the information booklet or just knock on the door.
There is use of our washing machine and tumble drier on request.
A easy one mile walk gets you into the local riverside village of Coltishall where you will find pubs and restaurants, takeaways and a Butcher and Greengrocer and a lovely cafe.
We are located in the Broads National Park, where you can hire paddle boards, kayaks and bikes and dayboats to explore. The Canoe Man, in the village, offers canoe and SUP hire from only a mile away.
We are surrounded by beautiful walks for example we are less than 200m from The Bure Valley Steam Railway Path, halfway between the Market town of Aylsham and in the other direction 'The Heart Of The Broads, Wroxham'. A beautiful flat easy walk or bike, where you could even catch the steam train back! Historic Norwich is just over 8 miles away.
North Norfolk coast is not far with over 40 miles of beautiful coastline, to explore and great for seal watching.
A huge variety of walks and cycle paths straight from your door, from riverside, to open countryside. With the beautiful Norfolk Coastal Path in close proximity.
