Outside, there is off-road parking with lawn and picnic bench. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. The nearest shop is within 1.2 miles and nearest pub within 2.5 miles. Note: Though the property is all on one level, there are external steps. There is no door on the single bedroom, which may be suitable for a child or as a family room.
