Situated in the remote yet picturesque conservation village of Colmonell in rural South Ayrshire The Cottage @ 59 is centrally located for those wanting to explore the stunning Ayrshire coast or simply relax by the log burner in peaceful surroundings. Colmonell is about a 5 minute drive from the village of Ballantrae and the stunning 5* Glenapp Castle. Girvan is around a 15 minute drive from Colmonell with it's spectacular beach front and ever popular links golf course.

Live in the West Coast of Scotland and enjoy travelling through out the country, usually in the company of my wee dug Nucky Happy for guests to call, text or email at any time.

The village has no amenities and the nearest shop is in Ballantrae which is a 5 mile drive away. There is a friendly local pub called the Boar's head.
