The Cromwell Arms is a 17th century oak-beamed coaching inn located in Bovey Tracey. On the edge of Dartmoor National Park, 4 mi from Haytor Rocks, it is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. Guests can enjoy fresh home-cooked food, a selection of daily specials and a wide range of cask ales and wines. There are 14 rooms at the Cromwell, all traditionally furnished, with private bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and a refreshments tray. “Historic inn in the middle of town with parking. The room was a bit dated but clean and with good facilities. Lovely beer garden and good food. Breakfast menu was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. Good value and would definitely stay again.”

The inn is closed on Christmas Day but you are still welcome to book a stay with us. We provide a continental breakfast the evening before for Christmas morning.
