Finished to a very high standard, this lovely 1 bedroom property is located in Daviot, just south of Inverness. The Den has its own entrance, a cosy kitchen/lounge area and bright & airy bedroom with ensuite shower room. Guests will also have access to our hot tub at an extra charge, to enjoy the Highland stars at night. The Den was fully converted from loft space in 2017. The bright and freshly decorated accommodation comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. The sofa bed in the lounge will easily accommodate two adults but please note, the only way to access the bathroom/toilet is through the bedroom. Also, as The Den is within converted loft space, the ceilings are 6’ 2” (188cm) at the highest points. Outside – a small table & chairs can be found on the decking area and a staircase will lead to the car park area. At our discretion we are also happy to provide access to our hot tub for an additional fee. The hot tub must be booked and paid in advance before you arrive, please send us a message. By the hot tub there is a TV and a wood burning stove, the tub is also equipped with built-in bluetooth speakers and lights.

We are a mature couple living in Daviot Inverness. We are living in the main house attached to the apartment and will be available for assistance and requests most of the time during your stay. We like travelling, fishing, gardening and cooking, and spending time with our family. We have a cat and three free roaming hens. They are all very friendly and will be happy to see you.

We would recommend the use of a car for your stay - not just to access our property but to be able to fully experience the Highlands. A fairly regular bus services passes the house with a bus stop 500 yards down the road. Although in a rural location it is ideally placed for access to Loch Ness, the Cairngorms and further North, and is only a 10 minute drive to Inverness centre.
