Whisky Lover or Not, you will Love staying at the Distillers Den right in the Heart of Oban ! The Den overlooks our famous Oban Whisky Distillery and offers superb, comfortable, tranquil accommodation bang in the centre of town. Oban is the perfect Scottish destination with so much to do and see, such as the Whisky Distillery around the corner, Mccaigs tower just up the hill or simply unwind and relax by the stunning Bay Seafront just 90 metres away. The Distillers Den is hidden away at the top of a Victorian building 30m from the main street in Oban. The apartment is compact and tasteful, like a good single malt! High speed WIFI throughout, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, only 100% cotton linen provided with extra blankets available should you need them. Access is via two short flights of stairs and there is parking outside the Den on a meter or free parking just up the road. At The Den you will have an entire top floor apartment with two compact bedrooms, a lounge with full HD Smart TV and Dining table area, a Fully Equipped Kitchen (fridge, cooker, washing machine) and a splendid walk-in shower room. Access to the Den is via 2 short flights of stairs, with firstly a straight, Old stone external stair followed by a steep and winding internal flight. The internal stairs are narrow and may be awkward for guests if they have very large suitcases or mobility issues. Although just of the main street in town, The Den is located on a quiet and peaceful street.

The Distillers Den is located right in the heart of Oban one street away from the Oban Distillery and the seafront. Within a minutes walk there are multiple shops, cafes, take-aways and restaurants (many specialising in seafood) as well as great pubs and whisky shops. It is not far from Obans most famous landmark, McCaigs Tower, which has commanding views over the Firth of Lorn and over to the Isle of Mull. The Distillers Den is within easy walking distance of Obans travel terminals catering for all forms of public transport - trains to and from Glasgow, buses, taxis and ferries to the Inner Hebrides. On-street metered parking is available for up to 2hrs from 9am till 6pm (free outside those times and Sunday morning) but there is free street parking 1 minutes walk away. There are also other municipal car park options within 5 minutes walk (costs differ depending on time of year).
