In the heart of Wincanton, The Dolphin Hotel is just a 20-minute walk from Wincanton Racecourse. The 18th-century inn offers a bar and lounge-diner. An English or Continental breakfast is included in the room rate and free WiFi is available throughout. All rooms are en suite and each has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests can also relax in the courtyard, lounge-diner and decking areas while enjoying a drink and meal. The lounge-diner is open for breakfast and lunch daily and for evening meals from Monday to Saturday.A Sunday carvery is available between 12:00 and 14:30. BT Sports and Sky Sports is shown in the main bar for most sporting events. The bar is popular with the locals and the hotel often has weekend entertainment. The Dolphin Hotel Wincanton offers function and conference facilities and also has an onsite café. Haynes Motor Museum is just a 10-minute drive away, while Longleat Safari Park is 18 miles from the The Dolphin Hotel. NO onsite parking available. please use Memorial Hall car park just up from us instead.
