We have a great team of holiday cottage professionals who have lived in the area for a combined number of 60 years and are more than happy to share their knowledge and advice on where to explore, whether you are here for a holiday, working, or studying. We are here to look after you before, during and after your stay. We operate to high standards of property care. We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Our friendly bookings and client support team are on hand to help you before and during your stay and our platoon of housekeepers and handymen and women who keep our holiday cottages in tip top condition. The Evenlode is a charming and tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment located conveniently between Oxford, Kidlington, Banbury and Bicester. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom, open plan living-dining-kitchen and bathroom. There is parking for one vehicle. The apartment and location provide an excellent base for short term rental of a few days, or an extended stay of many weeks or months if you are require relocation or temporary accommodation in the area.

The Evenlode is located in Kidlington. Kidlington is a large village in Oxfordshire, England, located approximately 5 miles north of Oxford. It is well-connected and notable for its proximity to key locations such as Oxford Airport, and Begbroke Science Park, a centre for cutting-edge research and innovation. The village combines a vibrant local community with convenient access to the surrounding countryside and urban amenities, making it an appealing location for residents and businesses alike. The picturesque south Oxford canal is less than a mile away with several great pubs along the route (The Jolly Boatman & The Boat Inn are our favourites). Also check out Annie's Tea Room in nearby Thrupp where you can also hire a canoe or kayak. Kidlington town centre is 1.5 miles away where you will find most amenities. There is a Beefeater pub/restaurant a 5 min walk away offering food all day. The nearest supermarket is a Co-op Local about a mile away. The S7 bus at the top of the road takes you to Blenheim Palace, Oxford centre, Witney & Oxford Parkway rail station.
