This listing for "The Flat at Hillcroft" is for two guests who can use the whole flat and but just one bedroom out of the two available. The rear bedroom is generally used when there are four guests, has a link bed which can be either 1 x king or 2 x singles. The front has a king. If you wish to book for four, (extra charges apply) please use the other listing or contact the owner. Set in the quiet pretty village of Harbertonford it's the perfect base for exploring the delightful South Devon towns of Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe, miles of stunning Devonshire coastline and Dartmoor. Private parking for one car and also street parking. Only half an hour from the beautiful beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Bigbury with Torbay and Brixham in the other direction. Beuatiful walks and views, fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby.
Jim and Sue are your hosts. We are retired and live in the house next door. We like walking, fishing, sewing and eating out and are happy to offer suggestions. Meeting new people is always fun and offering guests a chance to explore the fabulous South Hams and South Devon area is our pleasure.
Very peaceful, cute village with country walks and easy access to fabulous south Devon towns Beaches Close to Totnes, Torbay and Dartmoor.
