The Garden flat is one of two holiday lets at Blackmore lodge and is found on the ground floor. Built in 2008 and modernised in 2025, the flat has one bedroom with a king sized bed, en suite shower room and an open plan kitchen diner with lounge area. There is a colour TV with Freeview available, sofa, coffee table and free WiFi.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is tea, coffee and sugar available.
We provide towels, bed linen and toilet paper. There is also a hair dryer available.
There is outdoor seating with table and parasol within its own area of the garden for you to enjoy a meal or an evening drink. There are two outdoor blankets for cooler nights and a torch for use if walking back from the local pub after sunset.
Welcome to the Garden flat at Blackmore Lodge. My husband and I bought the lodge in February 2025, built in 1884 it was originally part of the Hornyold family estate. The lodge has been extended and modernised over the years, most recently with the addition of the two holiday lets in 2008 built onto the side of the main building. The garden flat is on the ground floor.
We love gardening and aim to bring back colour and planting to the large garden we now have.
We live onsite and both work part time around hosting and family commitments.
