We are a working Farm with 7500 laying hens, freerange dogs that run about the garden and with guests who like to pet them. We have 2 border collies, 2 spanials and 1 jack russell - so if you like dogs this is a place for you. As a business there has been free range eggs produced here since it first became popular, and Monique & Mike carried on this production here since moving onto the farm since August 2014.

Property info

The lodge was built in in 2020 with couples particulalry in mind, with a open plan bedroom/lounge, and an open plan kitchen/diner - and seperate bathroom. Keeping things small and comfortable and quiet facing onto our farm paddock where you can see chickens and horses graze whilst looking over to the skirrid, sugarloaf mountaine and the blorange off in the distance in abergavenny.

Neighborhood info

we are in a very rural position surrounded by monmouthshire countryside, it's a mile and a half to the nearests bus stop so getting here shold be by car, whether your own or taxi. It is a very peaceful area surrounded by breathtaking nature of rolling hills and trees just 15 minute drive to Monmouth or 5 minutes to Raglan where there is a local castlle to visit. There is in monmouth a variety of water based sporting activities such as cannoeing & rafting.
