The Hidden House is a lovely 3 bedroom period property that’s big enough for families & groups, but cosy enough for a couple, close to the centre of the pretty Devon seaside town of Dawlish. With a good size garden and patio, views over the hills and just a stone’s throw from the centre of Dawlish, it’s the perfect for base for week by the sea, a walking holiday or a relaxing long weekend. NB this is a dog friendly listing so not suitable for people with severe dog allergies
We aren’t based in Dawlish but ready to be contacted via the app or phone and will deal with any issues promptly.
The Hidden House is set on a quiet road a few minutes walk from the centre of beautiful Dawlish. With the river running through it, its own beach, and easy connection via train to many other lovely places like Teignmouth and Dawlish Warren, it’s a great place for a family holiday. It’s also close to fabulous pathways so perfect for anyone wanting a walking holiday. Nearby attractions: Shaldon Wildlife Trust zoo - 15 min drive Dawlish Paddle Board hire - delivered to your door! Dawlish Warren beach/nature reserve - 10 min drive/25 mins train/50 min walk Powderham Castle - 15 min drive Pennywell Farm - 35 min drive Babbacome Model Village - 25 min drive, 50 mins train. Teignmouth - 10 min drive, 22 mins by train. There’s a brilliant railway line that hugs the coast and which will take you to all the best spots (Teignmouth, Dawlish Warren etc) nearby.
