STRICTLY NO Charging of Electric cars or vehicles please. A list of local charging points is provided in the property. ******PRIVATE HOT TUB ***** Adults Only******KING SIZE BED *****SMART TV******No Pets Allowed**** TOTALLY SECLUDED**** Lock yourself away and chill out. All carpets throughout The Hideaway have been replaced for 2019. The Hideaway is a tucked away, secluded 'get away from it all' type property situated down a dead end country lane. All on one level with everything you should need 'home from home'. We want you to relax and chill out, patio table and chairs which is ideal for eating outside listening to the sounds of the countryside. We supply all bed linen, towels, crockery etc so all you need to bring is your food. We are strictly adults only, no pets and are offering special anniversary and celebratory romantic getaway breaks for couples. Full details on request and there will be an additional charge for this personal package. We love the countryside and would like you to share this beautiful part of Norfolk. Although the annex is quiet we are a two minute walk to a regular bus route running every hour to the fine City of Norwich and a one minute drive onto the main A47 which means within a couple of minutes you are back into civilisation
Brian and I both work full time, I run my own business as a Companion for the Elderly. Brian is an HGV driver. We both love gardening and have spent the last 11 years renovating our home and garden (which had not been touched for over 12 years when we purchased it) so this has been a challenge. The reward is that it is just about finished. The annex evolved during the renovation as it was part of the house one if our children had used to stay in whilst saving for their own home. It didn't look as lovely as it does now and she does remind us that if it had been she would never have left home !! Janette was born in Norfolk and Brian moved to Norfolk when he was 7. We are both in our early 60's and Young at heart with a delightful family . We have 3 daughters and a son and 7 gorgeous young grandchildren. We are very family orientated but also appreciate the value of quality time spent together as a couple. Janette's hobby is spending time with her family. Brian is a keen Formula 1 fan but he will usually be found gardening somewhere!
We live in a small village very typical of Norfolk. There is a pub although it's opening hours are a bit hit and miss. There is a village shop, a village hall, school and fantastic bus service. Outside of the village we are very close to the dinosaur park and the Norfolk show ground. A short trip on the bus or by car takes you to Norwich in one direction and the small market town of Dereham in the other direction. We are central to Attleborough, Wymondham, Watton and Swaffham. All Norfolk market towns. There is a business park 10 mins drive away which has The Range, Next, Sainsburys, KFC, Pizza Hut, Sports Direct, Boots the Chemist. The Lighting Centre, Argos, Pets at Home and Staples. Plenty of food experiences in the historic city of Norwich. There are also a selection of take aways and restaurants in Dereham. Most of the local villages have lovely pubs which serve meals and are well worth a visit. The museum at Gressenhall is nearby and there is also a sports centre with public swimming pool in Dereham. Fishing lake within 5 minutes drive.
