Attached to a family home with your own enterance, in a quiet area of Crosby. W are close to Crosby village and a short walk to the train station for routes to Liverpool and Southport.

We are new to this and keen to make our room clean and cozy. Happy to give advice onn where to go in the area, any questions we are very happy for you to knock and ask. Rob works from home and loves playing pool, I'm a teacher and crafter and recently took up pottery. You will see some of my work around the apartment, I do mostly dot art mandala mirrors and clocks but some ornaments too. We have a puppy, currently 15 weeks old (end Oct 2025), you may see him in the garden (hopefully not hear him). He is not allowed up the stairs where the private entrrance to your appartme t is located.

Crosby beach is a short walk away with the Anthony Gormley statues. Close to local amenities
