The Keel Row is an exceptional elevated ground-floor apartment resting in the charming town of Salcombe in Devon. There are two bedrooms in the property, consisting of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, served by a bathroom, sleeping four guests, six if your request the sofa bed. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an electric fire and a sofa bed, and a conservatory. Outside you will find a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as a rear courtyard. There is designated off-road parking for two cars too. The Keel Row is a scenic base from which to explore the coast of Devon with family or friends. The terrace is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Salcombe is a charming coastal town in Devon, popular with walkers and families all-year-round for its scenic surroundings and abundance of activities. There are two beaches in Salcombe North Sands and South Sands where you can try your hand at watersports, as well as the National Trust's Overbeck's being a particular wonder.
