Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. The immediate access from the road is shared with a small holding operating a dairy unit, there may be cows crossing at times.

Both bedroom suites can accommodate a cot for a baby, but the open-plan stairs are not suitable for toddlers and young children.

Please note this is a working farm and there may be disturbances during the day/evening at certain times of the year.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 05:00:00.

A damage deposit of £100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
