Step into the story of The Hatbox-a truly one -of-a -kind stay set within a beautifully restored chapel dating back to 1836. The adjacent Hat Museum is inviting and with its collection of hats and costumes has many quirky details and creative touches. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Ideal for budget travellers, coastal walkers, cyclists, artists and hikers.
I would like to share my vision of what I have created through years of restoring and transforming an old chapel. The chapel is my artistic sanctuary—a reflection of my work as a costumier, filmmaker, and theatrical milliner. Within its walls, I have created three unique apartments, each designed as a place to find peace, embrace calm, and draw inspiration.
Newburgh, Fife is a historic town with deep roots in Scotland's textile heritage.Set between the River Tay and a steep, wooded hillside, the town offers a striking natural setting. Newburgh is impressively self-sufficient. The town offers services including shops, a post office, chemist, doctor's surgery, art gallery, and its own Lindore's Distillery-adding a distinctive flavour.
