The Loft has stunning views across St Ives Bay and the lighthouse on Smeaton's Pier, it is a characterful, luxurious, spacious and well-equipped apartment with 1 bedroom and 2 John Lewis double sofa beds in the lounge, a new 2018 high spec kitchen and indulgent, walk-in shower in the bathroom. Don't like the St Ives hills? But like having everything on the doorstep in a quiet spot, "The Loft" is ideally central with beaches/harbour/shops/bars/restaurants, within seconds of walking from the door. Please note, "The Loft" is a second floor apartment which comes with great views, however there are 30+ steps up to it!

Hi I'm Wendy, I have always dreamed of having a holiday home in St Ives, as I think it's the best place in the world!! After looking for a place for around 5 years the perfect apartment came up, "The Loft," over the last 3 years we have made it really comfortable and love our guests to have memories they will treasure forever.

The beautiful harbour is 50 m away and the nearest beach, when the tide is out is 75 m you van see this this from the main photo from our kitchen/diner. The main shopping street is 20 metres from "The Loft" when the tide is out the town beach is around 75 metres away. The bustling Fore St, is only a stones throw away, with it's art galleries, independent shops with quality chains like Jack Wills, Crew and Cath Kidston also there several restaurants and bakeries and the odd bar and pub thrown in, it packs a lot in for a street that is only 200 metres long!
