The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine, dining area with seating for six guests and sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of one king-size with en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom along with a bathroom and 1 bunk bedroom. Outside there is a shared enclosed seating area opposite the cottage, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.3 miles you'll find a shop and in 1.1, a pub. Please note that ONE well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Long Barn is a wonderful place to enjoy at any time of the year. Note: The property is positioned close to a main road, and there may be some associated traffic noise. Less than five miles and eleven miles, respectively, separate the village of Lenwade from the city of Norwich and the market town of Reepham.
