Set within 3.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens originally designed by RHS Wisley, the property enjoys enchanting views from every window. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds, discovering hidden paths, a charming bridge over water, and several peaceful seating areas. A fire pit and barbecue are available, along with a rowboat for the Pagham Rife, a trampoline, tennis court, badminton area, table tennis and football goals. Inside, The Nest is styled with Scandinavian simplicity, creating a warm and comfortable self-catered retreat. The sitting area offers lovely garden views, comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the cosy dining nook is perfect for home-cooked meals or local takeaways. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, cafetiere and toaster, plus a thoughtful welcome basket. A shower room and washer dryer are also on the ground floor.
