Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms Master bedroom has a super king sized bed which can be converted to two single beds. Please let us know if you require the master bed room to be set up as a twin room. The room will be set up as a super king size unless otherwise requested. The second bedroom has two single beds. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. WiFi is complimentary. Please note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. * Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex, as restrictions are set by the local council and may change seasonally and from year to year. We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Unfortunately, parking availability and enforcement are outside our control, and we are not able to assist with parking arrangements on the day of check-in
