A unique seafront property providing generous accommodation within a 5-minute stroll of the famous Worthing Pier and town centre. Built by the Admiralty in the 1820s as the Coastguard House with commanding sea views, it is now a beautiful 5 bedroom family home.

A unique seafront property providing generous accommodation within a 5-minute stroll of the famous Worthing Pier and town centre. Built by the Admiralty in the 1820s as the Coastguard House with commanding sea views, it is now a beautiful 5 bedroom family home. Many original Georgian features have been retained within the extensively refurbished and spacious property. The Old Coastguard House is situated in an unrivalled location overlooking the beach and boasts both upstairs and downstairs sitting rooms, together with the rare amenities of both a private courtyard and rear walled garden ready for you to relax in and enjoy.

Neighborhood info

The house is directly opposite Worthing Beach with views of its famous Pier. We have lots of great restaurants bars and shops all within walking distance. Eat on the beach at the Crab shack an award winning seafood restaurant The Corner house -is a big open family pub, for Brunch on the beach head for Coast or Perch. All very child and dog friendly. Master chef winner Kenny Tutt opened his restaurant in Warwick st called Pitch The Dome is an art deco cinema and wedding venue 5 mins walk.
