Our property is my husbands home, and after many years away we returned in 2004 and have slowly converted the old buildings into various accommodation ,including our house, which used to be a shed !! We live on site and enjoy sharing our space with guests as we love living in this beautiful part of the country. We have 2 properties that we let, Both are completely independent from each other and us, and there is plenty of parking all off road. We have a few chicken that roam about and a neighboring farmer uses our paddock in the Spring / Summer to graze some sheep, acting as our lawn mower!
The village is very pleasant and friendly and very easy to get to. We are just 7 minutes from the A303 and 2 minutes from A37. We are close to Glastonbury, with all its attractions, and history. Street, with Clarks shopping Outlet is also near by. The coast is about an hours drive to either south or north. Bath and Bristol are also an easy drive within the hour. We have several places of interest nearby, including National Trust properties , Haynes Motor Museum, Yeovilton , Art Gallery at Bruton, Longleat and Stourhead, plus many more too numerous to mention.
