All our guests receive a warm and personal welcome to The Old Granary and immediately fall in love the house. You cannot really appreciate the size of the rooms until you are actually in them and we are constantly told that the photos do not the house justice which is really satisfying to hear.

Working along side Treats at the Retreat, we deliver the perfect celebration stay for sophisticated Bridal Showers, Special Birthdays, Family Celebrations and Yoga / Wellbeing Retreats. Delicious food, fabulous entertainment and amazing spa packages will certainly make you stay one to remember for all the right reasons. The house is perfect for extended family and friends to get away from it all and enjoy a little luxury - ask about our our "dinner included" breaks which can be tailored around your needs - imagine a day at the beach and coming home to delicious BBQ being prepared for you or a Celebration Banquet for a special occasion. We also cater for Golfing Breaks, providing a buffet breakfast and evening meals for golfers wishing to access to the fabulous courses in the area. The house creates a fabulous setting for yoga retreats and we can support you with vegetarian and vegan catering if required along with a whole host of holistic services from Reiki to Sound Healing.

The house is set within 2.5 acres of private land nestled the Burton Agnes estate. 10 minutes away by car to the sandy beaches of the East Yorkshire Coast and the Seaside resort of Bridlington. Both York and Beverley Race Courses are easily accessible - please ask about our Decadent Racing Stays.
