This luxury, first floor studio apartment, has been sympathetically converted within a Grade II listed building built in the 1700’s, and retains incredible features and charm, as well as offering contemporary living spaces. This former commercial college has been restored to show exposed brick and stonework, exposed inglenook fireplaces, high lofty ceilings, original cast iron radiators and bespoke reclaimed wooden stairwells, a real treat for those wishing to stay in the heart of Morpeth.
