The Orchard is finished to a high specification were you can relax and enjoy the tranquil environment and a home to home experience. The Orchard is set at the end of a private road. The property is entered via a private gated gravel driveway which serves two properties. The property features 5 bedrooms -2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with access to a Jack and Jill ensuite. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite) and a stunning family bathroom. The property is set to accommodate upto 10 people. The property has wifi, smart televisions in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with double electric oven and electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and iron. Guests will enjoy the large open diner/living area with floor to ceiling picture window and bi fold doors leading to the wrap around south westerly facing patio area, paved seating area and large garden leading to a small woodland at the bottom of the garden.

The property is located in a prestigious semi rural location, perfect for working professionals/company contracts, Retreats, home to home escape or family getaways. Gated driveway, Countryside views and ample parking. Conveniently located near to both the A38 and A50 giving easy access to the M1 and M6.
