The Piggery has a beautiful modern 1 bedroom loft apartment. The two bedroom cottage style bungalow includes two ensuite bathrooms and a large open plan living and dining area to sit the whole family. Both areas have a designated patio areas of their own with furniture to sit in the sun on a nice summers day. Clad in waney edge cedar boards we were aiming to achieve a Swiss lodge style building which we think we have achieved. The views from the bedroom across the fields towards Emsworth are stunning. You are completely secluded from the main house. There is parking for 4 cars and garage facilities for 4 bikes.
Being in the South Downs national park means we are surrounded by the most wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails. Goodwood is 6 miles away so we are in a fantastic location for the Horse racing, Festival of Speed and Revival meetings. Beaches such as West wittering, Bracklesham Bay and Hayling Island are all within 10miles. Marwell Zoo is 30 mins away. Sea Kayaking is available From Emsworth which is only 2 miles away.
