Stunning one bedroom accommodation with large en-suite wet room with grab rails and seat for shower, king size bed, under floor heating, kitchen with full electric oven and under counter fridge, dining table and 1.5 comfortable chair and large foot stool. Wake up to glorious sunrises and enjoy views over beautiful countryside while relaxing on your own private balcony. Easy access suitable for wheel chair users and large parking space directly next to the pod. No need to worry about negotiating narrow Devon lanes, we are located just off the A381 within easy reach of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge, about 15 mins away and Salcombe 20 minutes. We are excited to share the news we are now offering the use of a fabulous new sauna which can be viewed on Spring and Sauna, booking in advance advisable.
I was brought up in Kingsbridge where I have many friends and enjoy a good social life. Having been raised in the hospitality industry I enjoy meeting new people and get a great deal of pleasure out of others enjoyment of this beautiful area. I have 4 amazing children who now have families of their own, while both of my daughters have returned to live locally, my son's are much further away, but come home fairly regularly. I am part of the safeguarding team at a school in Totnes, love to travel, eat out and enjoy following my grandchildren in their various activities. I am easy going and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and a good laugh!
We are relatively isolated with only a couple of neighbours, so you can expect peace and tranquility here and no street lighting! If you are planning to visit any of the towns in high season and would rather not worry about trying to find a parking space, there is the option of catching a bus from the end of the drive to Totnes, Kingsbridge or Salcombe. Easy access to our wonderful coastline and beaches all within reach and most are dog friendly.
