We both worked as Project & Design Managers for large civil engineering projects up and down the UK which involved staying in A LOT of boring, unwelcoming hotels and eventually gave us the idea of Polar Properties. Online Check In: To maintain the standard of our properties, the following is required prior to check-in to confirm your booking: • ID Verification – After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a quick identity verification (photo ID + selfie). All data is handled securely and used solely for verification purposes. • Terms and Conditions - To be signed electronically • Security Deposit / Damage Waiver – Guests may choose between: – A refundable security deposit (A hold is placed on your card and released within 7 days post check-out, subject to no damages), or – A non-refundable damage waiver, covering accidental damage up to a specified amount.
