These beautiful third and fourth floor apartments (refs 29356 and 30851) take full advantage of their impressive position, with panoramic, direct sea views across Sandown bay, with its miles of golden sand. Sandown is a truly traditional beach resort and is the ideal location for any family holiday. There is a pier with amusements, children’s play areas, pitch ’n’ putt, the Isle of Wight Zoo and Dinosaur Isle at the northern end of the esplanade towards Yaverland and Culver Cliff. Other island attractions include Blackgang Chine, the oldest themed attraction in the UK, and The Needles, with chair lift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay, and are only a short drive away. Also worth a visit are Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Pearl Centre, Dinosaur Museum, Donkey Sanctuary and Calbourne Water Mill which has a 17th-century working watermill.
