We enjoy the outdoor life taking time to visit places of interest. The island has castles, country houses and picture postcard villages. We also has an abundance of wildlife which can best found on one of many walks that we'd love to help you find.

Property info

The bed & breakfast is a Victorian building, approximately 150 years old. We are a private home run by husband & wife with 5 guest rooms, we hope we offer a level of comfort that will exceed your expectations and at highly competitive prices. Check-in times are strictly between 16:00 to 18:00 only and check-in outside of these times is not possible. Arrival after 18:00 will not be admitted. As a private home, this property does not offer a 24-hour reception.

Neighborhood info

Shanklin is one of the most visited parts of the island. We have easy access to lovely beaches, and seafront bars and amusements. In land we have he beautiful old village with numinous picture post card pubs and garden tea rooms. Linking the sea front to the old village is the enigmatic Shanklin Chine. This is a wooed walk way through a wooded gorge which offers shelter to may play species and wildlife. These is a large waterfall at the old village end. Park land areas can also be found tucked away behind the old village where you can find more places to eat and amusements like crazy golf. There are also easy coastal walks to Sandown and Ventor.
