Lockwood House Cottages is a small, quiet holiday site set within two acres and home to two self-contained holiday properties, alongside a small adults-only Camping & Caravanning Club site. Lockwood Bungalow is a comfortable two-bedroom property with a small enclosed garden, ideal for couples or two adults sharing who are looking for a peaceful base. strictly no workers or groups The Roost is a cosy one-bedroom cottage arranged over two floors, with the bedroom upstairs and a living area, kitchenette, shower room and toilet downstairs. It is situated opposite the main house and enjoys a quiet position on site. strictly no workers The campsite is a small, adults-only CS site with just five pitches, designed for guests who enjoy a calm, respectful atmosphere. The entire site is best suited to those who appreciate a quiet adults only site, relaxed setting in a convenient and accessible location.

Dawlish is a charming seaside town, famous for its black swans and scenic coastline. There are excellent coastal walkways nearby, and the railway runs right along the sea wall, making it easy to explore the coast by train. You can travel along the coast to Paignton in one direction or to Exeter in the other, where you’ll find the cathedral, historic quayside, and a wide choice of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Directly opposite the site is a 64-acre country park, ideal for walking. From there, you can continue on foot to Cockwood Harbour, a pretty harbour with coastal paths and views. Dawlish Warren is also close by, offering a nature reserve, golf course, and a Blue Flag sandy beach. Everyday essentials are easy to reach, with a Sainsbury’s just a short drive away and regular bus services nearby providing access along the coast and into Exeter.
