Downstairs is a small but beautiful kitchen dining area with stunning views across the shrubbery. A relaxing sofa and TV. The property also has stables and all weather riding surface and road access to superb hacking so it’s possible to bring your horse on holiday too! Ideal for walkers, riders or anyone who loves the countryside. Please note, dogs are welcome but MUST be prearranged with the owner. The View is ideal for castle lovers with Montgomery castle ruins, beautiful Powys Castle, and Dolforwyn Castle all within 5 miles of the property. The Llanfair light steam railway runs from Welshpool to Llanfair most days, booking will be necessary. Welshpool Market town is located six miles away with all amenities including supermarket, leisure centre, golf course. Offa's dyke runs through the property offering walks the length of Wales! We don't have a village shop, however. we do have two great pubs and a fabulous Indian take away.
