Well appointed with comfort and character throughout, feels instantly welcoming. Unwind in the comfortable lounge with two sofas and a Smart TV, perfect after a day exploring. Patio doors lead to a small private decked terrace with lovely views of The Clyde. Entertainment - WiFi, 47" flat‑screen TV, Freeview, Live streaming apps, plus additional Smart TV in the King bedroom. Bright sunroom is an extra space to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the afternoon sunshine. For the kids, or the grown‑ups, there is also a football table (foosball) for added fun. A well‑equipped kitchen for self‑catering holidays, featuring all your modern appliances, and a dining table for family meals. Perfect for holiday cooking with fresh local Argyll produce. Three beautifully styled bedrooms: A spacious king bedroom, a bright and comfortable double bedroom and a cheerful bunk room, ideal for children. Family bathroom, with shower bath, vanity, toilet. Tucked peacefully and privately to the side of the owners’ residence, tastefully appointed self‑catering retreat with its own private entrance. Welcomes well-behaved dogs, up to two small/medium dogs or one large dog (charges apply), Maximum two GBP25 per dog. Please bring your dog’s own towels and bedding. Private but attached - the home sits to the side of the owners’ house, with exclusive use of your accommodation. Free on‑street parking available, rear.

Nearby highlights include Benmore Botanic Garden, the famous Puck’s Glen gorge walk and the historic Kilmun Church and Argyll Mausoleum. The Cowal Peninsula is also a fantastic destination for cycling enthusiasts, offering a network of quiet coastal roads, forest tracks and scenic routes suitable for both leisure cyclists and more adventurous riders. From gentle shoreline rides to longer countryside loops, the area provides a wonderful way to explore. Dunmore Argyll House is also perfectly placed for day trips to the Isle of Bute, Inveraray, historic Kilmartin and Oban.
