The Peterborough Museum and Art Gallery has a collection of some 227,000 objects, including the remains of Britain’s oldest known murder victim. The 14th century Longthorpe Tower and the 16th century Elizabethan Burghley House are also popular choices. For family fun Ferry Meadows Country Park is the ideal place for a family day out.
