Thistle Cottage is situated in a secluded, peaceful 4 acre private woodland just outside the picturesque village of Garve on the North 500 Route. An ideal spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life with beautiful walks and cycling routes right on the doorstep. The Victorian cottage, with its own private garden, has been tastefully renovated with all modern amenities to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is one of 3 holiday cottages at Crannach Cottages.
My name is Bart and together with my partner we run Thistle Cottage. We live on the premises as well, so we are close by for any needs you might have.
Garve is a perfect location to explore the beautiful surroundings of Highland Scotland. Mountains, rivers and lochs abound, affording breathtaking views and exciting outdoor activities wherever you choose to go. The Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer and the old market town of Dingwall are just a few miles away.
